ICO Action Plan and Progress Report

PRONI has developed an Action Plan setting out the measures it will take to remove the backlog of outstanding FOIA requests. The Action plan will enable PRONI to comply with statutory timescales as set out in the FOIA.   PRONI has also produced a report showing the progress being made to comply with the Practice Recommendation. Further progress reports will be published by PRONI on a quarterly basis.
