Exploring Your Roots Exhibition Launch Event
PRONI is delighted to host ‘Exploring Your Roots’, a family history exhibition on temporary loan from Mid-Antrim Museums Service from Monday 18th February until Friday 15th March.
Exploring Your Roots looks at the unique resources available for those seeking to find out more about their family history, both in museums and at PRONI. The exhibition aims to show how objects found in museums, at PRONI and even in our own homes can teach us about the world in which our ancestors lived.
There will be an official launch event on Tuesday 19th February at 1pm, featuring speakers from the Mid Antrim Museum Services, the Ulster Historical Foundation and PRONI.
The launch is free to attend and open to all.
