Not all Church of Ireland records have been microfilmed, although it is our aim to do so, and other Church of Ireland records may be available either as xerox copies or even as originals.

PRONI cannot provide copies of entire microfilm reels of registers of baptisms and burials from 1871 or marriages from 1845 for any Church of Ireland parish. However, individual entries may be copied.

Copies of entire reels for baptisms and burials before 1845 for parishes within the six counties of Northern Ireland can be made, provided they do not contain any post-1871 baptisms and burials and post-1845 marriages or any other series of records.

Requests for copies of baptisms and burials before 1871 and marriages before 1845 for parishes in the Republic of Ireland should be referred to the National Archives,Ireland, Bishop Street, Dublin.
