The Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI) receives records from public organisations and private depositors (see records held) on an ongoing basis.
Details of what records have been received (accessioned) are published quarterly and are made available in the Search Room and online.
Four quarterly accessions are combined to make up one financial year (running from April to March of the following year).  Quarterly accessions are arranged into three categories:
  • Privately deposited archives
  • Public records: departmental
  • Public records: non-departmental
Please note:  Some of the archives listed in our Quarterly Accessions may not have been catalogued and will not yet be available for public consultation.
If you have a query regarding any of the archives listed in our Quarterly Accessions, please contact PRONI, asking for/marking any correspondence for the attention of the Records Management, Cataloguing and Access Team.  You can also complete a PRONI Enquiry Form online.
