Disaster planning enables the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI) to identify hazards to the archives and sets in place procedures and practices that minimise the risk of damage should a disaster occur.
The Disaster Plan also provides measures to resume normal business as soon as possible after a disaster, minimising inconvenience to PRONI’s visitors.
