The Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI) is committed to delivering a high quality service to all its customers and welcomes feedback on its standards of service.
If you wish to leave us positive comments or constructive criticism, you may do so by submitting a feedback form online.
There may be occasions when problems arise and you feel you have not received the standard of service you expect. If this is the case, please let us know - speak to a member of staff on-site, contact PRONI or complete a feedback form online - and we will try to put things right.
If you are still unhappy, you may wish to use the formal complaints procedure. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and, if justified, we will address the matter and give you an explanation and an apology.
